DLBP prepares for Planning Commission and Board of Commissioner meetings

The DLBP US team has been preparing for future Planning Commission and Board of Commissioner meetings by observing those in a number of jurisdictions to understand the different objectives, and values of various officers and commissioners.

Prior to successfully securing rezoning for Spring Lake Village, DLBP attended multiple Cobb County Planning Commission and Board of Commission meetings to observe and analyze the process.  This ensured we had the necessary documents and responses prepared when presenting, resulting with a positive outcome.

This process is just part of the approach we take for all of our projects, as it ensures every proposal is tailored to the needs of its respective county or city.
